SAUSAGE AND GARLIC PIZZA
6 oz. Italian flavored turkey sausage
Vegetable cooking spray
1/2 c. diced onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. evaporated skimmed milk
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Provolone cheese
1 (12 inch) whole wheat pizza crust
1/4 c. grated fresh Romano cheese
Cook turkey sausage in a large non stick skillet over meium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain and pat dry with paper towels; set aside.
Coat a skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat until hot. Add onion and garlic, and cook 7 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Add milk and parsley; cook an additional 2 minutes.
Sprinkle provolone cheese over prepared crust, leaving a 1/2 inch border. Spread onion mixture evenly over cheese, and top with turkey sausage. Sprinkle Romano cheese over pizza. Bake at 500 degrees for 12 minutes on bottom rack of oven. Remove to a cutting board, and let stand 5 minutes. Yield: 6 servings (approximately 247 calories per wedge).
CALABRIAN PIZZA
This pizza is unique in that the cheese is in the crust rather than on top! If you prefer a somewhat lighter crust, allow it to rise overnight in the refrigerator, then bring to room temperature for 1-2 hours before assembling.
Dough:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons dry white wine
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil or lard
Topping:
1 10 oz can whole peeled tomatoes, drained
1/2 teaspoon very finely minced garlic
1/2 inch piece hot red pepper
1/4 teaspoon each basil and oregano
3 tablespoons olive oil or lard
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cheese, well beaten eggs and salt. Mix dough with hands, stirring in enough white wine mixed with warm water to make a smooth dough. Cover bowl and set aside for 30-45 minutes.
Note: This dough is traditionally made without yeast and so it is normal for it not to rise as much as you might expect for a standard pizza dough.
Grease a 12 inch pizza pan with 2 tablespoons olive oil or lard. Press the dough into the pan using the tips of fingers to flatten it (making dimples in the dough).
Spread a layer of tomato on top, leaving a one inch margin along edges. Sprinkle with hot pepper, 3 tablespoons melted lard or olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and basil.
Place pizza in preheated oven for 10 minutes. As pizza begins to brown around edges, reduce heat to 350°F and bake until cheese is bubbly (a total of 20-30 minutes}.
EASY ITALIAN PIZZA
2 1/2 tsp. dry active yeast
1 cup warm water
3 cups Honeyville Farms premium gourmet scone mix
1 can (14.5 oz.) Western family diced Italian tomatoes
2-3 cups cheese
optional toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, etc)
Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add scone mix and knead until smooth. Roll dough out on a greased baking sheet until the size of a large pizza. Drain Italian Tomatoes and chop them into a fine sauce. Sprinkle cheese across pizza and add toppings.
Bake 15-20 min. Serves 5.
TOMATO BASIL PIZZA
1 pkg (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
2 tbsp fresh basil, snipped
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, pressed
4 plum tomatoes (Roma tomatoes), thinly sliced
olive oil spray
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray 12×15 cookie sheet with olive oil spray. Roll dough onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup mozzarella.
Combine the remaining mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, basil, garlic, and mayonnaise in bowl.
Layer tomatoes over mozzarella and top with cheese and mayo mixture
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
2 (7 1/2 oz) pkg biscuit dough
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
1 11 oz can condensed cheese soup
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 can chopped tomatoes, drained
2 tablespoons scallions, sliced
1/2 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
olives, sliced and pitted
dill pickles, sliced for garnish
Pat biscuits into a 12-inch round greased baking sheet or pizza pan. Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook and stir beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, mustard and hot pepper sauce; heat through.
Spread beef mixture over biscuits to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake 5 minutes more or until biscuits are golden brown. Garnish with sliced pitted ripe olives and dill pickle chips, if desired.
Cut into wedges and serve.
Makes 8 slices.
FRUIT PIZZA
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar (or to taste)
Pizza pan
Assorted fruit suggestions: Kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, bananas, black or blue berries
Spread cookie dough over pizza pan. Cook the crust as directed on wrapper. In a bowl, microwave cream cheese until soft. Add vanilla and sugar. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled cookie. Cut and lay fruit in circles. Serve immediately.

Hey Jessica!
I take a very basic, cheap pasta sauce….then I add…
One Teaspoon of basil
One Teaspoon of Oregano
2 cloves of Garlic
Two Pinches of Pepper
NO SALT
One Teaspoon of Salsa Sauce…
I rub that all over the base of the pizza… I then add…
A light layer of cheese
Sweetcorn
Red and Green Peppers
Tiny Beef Balls, Homemade, Plain
Another Light Layer of Cheese
What you think?
Enjoy! xxx <3

I make the crust below. Spread it w/ jarred marinara sauce, top w/ choice of toppings (cook meat first), then feta cheese, mozzarella, chopped fresh spinach, whatever you like. Bake quickly at 550ºF (or as high as your oven will go) for 7-9 minutes until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.
PIZZA DOUGH
1 (1/4-oz) package instant dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
2 1/4 to 2 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour plus additional for kneading and dredging
1 cup warm water (105 – 115°F)
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
Whisk together yeast, 1 tablespoon flour, and 1/4 cup warm water in a measuring cup and let stand until mixture develops a creamy foam, about 5 minutes. (If mixture doesn’t foam, discard and start over with new yeast.)
Stir together salt and 1 1/2 cups flour in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and remaining 3/4 cup warm water and stir until smooth, then stir in another 1/2 cup flour. If dough sticks to your fingers, stir in just enough flour (up to 3/4 cup), a little at a time, to make dough just come away from side of bowl. (This dough may be wetter than other pizza doughs you have made.)
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface with floured hands, lightly reflouring work surface and your hands when dough becomes too sticky, until dough is smooth, soft, and elastic, about 10 minutes. Divide dough in half and form into 2 balls, then generously dust balls all over with flour, cover with bowls or dish towel and let rest 10 minutes. Shape into pizzas, prebake 5-7 minutes at 400ºF.
Dough can be allowed to rise slowly, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 day. Bring to room temperature before using.
Makes 2 (10-inch) pizzas.

I don’t have a recipe for dough because I usually use the store bought kind to save time. But I like to cook my pizza on the grill. When it’s hot in the Summer I use the grill as much as possible to keep the oven from heating up the kitchen.
You brown what will be the top of the pizza for 3-5 minutes on med-high heat then flip it over. Roll up the edges to make a crust. Put your toppings on and then let the bottom brown up for about another 3-5 minutes.
My favorite variations to do with this is add some cheese and italian seasoning inside the crust and make a basil pesto to use as the sauce and top with asiago cheese. You could also do roasted garlic and sundried tomatoes with fresh basil on top of an italian seasoned butter sauce with melted mozarella.

Mine is very simple and only costs about $9.00. Buy frozen pizza dough at the store. Stretch it out to make the shape of your pan. Ladle on tomato sauce then slice 1 mozzarella brick and layer the cheese on the pie. Put your choice of vegetables meats or anchovies on. Top with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 until golden brown and when cheese is melted.

Hello! Homemade pizza is my favorite….it tastes delicious and is super easy.
1. Basic Pizza: I usually buy store bought pizza crust mix (usually Jiffy brand) and Pizza sauce. Make the crust as the directions say. Spread onto pan. Top with sauce and your favorite toppings and bake at the temperature it says on the pizza crust mix for about 20 minutes
2. BBQ Chicken Pizza: This is so good!
1 prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 small red onion, halved, sliced and separated into thin rings
PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
TOSS chicken with barbecue sauce; spoon evenly onto crust. Top with feta cheese, onions and the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

first for the pizza doughyou need:
1 kg of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of dry active yeast,
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tbspoon olive oil,,,
450 gr warm water(in which you add 1/2 teaspoon sugar)
so first you prepare your water with the yeast and sugar and let it rest for about 10 minutes. then in a big bowl you put your flour, salt, and oil and then add slowly your yeast and start combining all together if its to dry just add warm water but very little at a time, (do not put in a mixer the real pizza dough must be kneeded by hand. so then wash your hand with warm water and start kneeding until a nice dough comes (about 15 mintues). then you let it proove for about 1 1/2hour…
in the mean time prepare your tomato sauce, just get some tinned tomatoes chop them up into small pieces , put in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and some oregan…. let it cook for 15 minutes only and let it cool…………. when your pizza dough is ready, take it from the bowl and do not knead again but (first put some oil on your hand otherwise the pasta will stick) do not roll out the dough but spread it with your hands into the baking tin(which you have put oil) untill it covers the whole baking tin ) dont worry if you add extra oil in your hand, while you are doing this…. now the dough is ready and put your tomato sauces spread it out,put your mozzarella cheese and some more oil just a sprinkle and cook in your oven preheated at 350/180 for about 15-20 minutes.. or just check the pizza every now and again.. untill ready… this is an italian receipe i hope you will like it. and thenyou can put anything on your pizza once you have the dough ready……………………..
