What does she like to eat?
Fried eggs is easy… heat a pan med-low, after greasing it lightly w/ oil, then once hot, crack the eggs into the pan. put a little water in the pan and cover for a minute or so. Check on it every 30 seconds until the egg whites are firm and the yolks have "pinkened", so to speak. Slide them onto a plate and serve with toast to dip in the yolk! OJ or ruby red and coffee is a nice addition also

My kids always make me scrambled eggs, with shreded cheese on top, and toast. Its not the meal – its the love that goes into making it.

Pancakes are about the easiest thing to make for breakfast. Use a mix, they’re just as good as from scratch.
