Does any one have any easy breakfast recipes that kids could make for there mother?

i want to make breakfast for my mom and i need some simple easy recipes that i could use so if you could..please help.

    French Toast Fingers

    INGREDIENTS
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup strawberry jams
    8 slices day-old white bread
    confectioners’ sugar

    DIRECTIONS
    In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt; set aside. Spread preserves on four slices of bread; top with the remaining bread. Trim crusts; cut each sandwich into three strips. Dip both sides in egg mixture. Cook on a lightly greased hot griddle for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Dust with confectioners’ sugar if desired

    What does she like to eat?
    Fried eggs is easy… heat a pan med-low, after greasing it lightly w/ oil, then once hot, crack the eggs into the pan. put a little water in the pan and cover for a minute or so. Check on it every 30 seconds until the egg whites are firm and the yolks have "pinkened", so to speak. Slide them onto a plate and serve with toast to dip in the yolk! OJ or ruby red and coffee is a nice addition also :)

    Buy a loaf of French bread & cut into 2" slices…cut a Pocket in each slice, Stuff each pocket with your fave combo of meat & cheese. Dip in beaten egg, and fry on both sides until browned.
